1. Who manages the site

Nature of the service

The site is a showcase that allows you to find independent consultants (F.L.P. appointees) who promote aloe vera products, read their articles and request an appointment. Not the official Forever Living Products website and is not operated by Forever Living Products; the trademark belongs to the respective owners. Consultants work independently, with their own organisation.

3. Product and wellness information

The contents are for information purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for the advice of your doctor or other healthcare professional. Supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you have any health problems, talk to your doctor.

Appointment request

Booking a time from the site means sending a request: it is not binding until the consultant confirms it. Booking is not a purchase contract. Any purchases of products take place with the consultant or with Forever Living Products, according to the conditions provided by them; the site does not sell products and does not collect payments.

5. Consultants: registration and form

• The registration is on request and the form is published after the approval of the administrator. The registration is valid for one year and when it expires the card can be deactivated if not renewed.
• Those who register declare that they are a regularly active F.L.P. appointee, that the data provided are true and up-to-date, and authorise the publication on the website of the data indicated as public in theprivacy notice (in Italian).
• The login credentials are personal: those who use them are responsible for them and must protect them.
• Each consultant is responsible for the texts, photos, videos and articles they publish. You must have the rights to the content, not violate third party rights, and not publish health claims that are not permitted by supplement and product regulations, or misleading earnings promises.
• The manager may modify, hide or remove content or tabs that violate these rules or the law, even without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

The structure, graphics and texts of the site are protected by copyright. The contents published by the consultants remain their property; with the publication they grant the site permission to display and index them on search engines for the duration of the listing.

7. Responsibility

The operator undertakes to keep the site available and correct, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. It is not responsible for the content published by consultants, external sites reached through links or the agreements that visitors and consultants make with each other, except in cases where the law does not allow the exclusion of liability.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile remains unaffected; in other cases, the court of Rome has jurisdiction.
